The HP symbols feature iconic images from the thrash metal scene, including a skull, a vampire, a werewolf, a skeleton, and a shield. The other symbols consist of card values from Jack to Ace.
Notably, the skull symbol has the chance to transform into a Wild during any spin, and it will definitely transform during special features. The Wild, depicted as a thrash metal demon, substitutes for all in-game symbols, except the Scatter, to help create winning combinations. To win, you must match at least three symbols along a payway.
